Dub Atomica is a collaboration between UK synth scene stalwart Ian Boddy and breakbeatmaster Nigel Mullaney. The new CD Autonomic takes the listener along on their journey into rhythm and timbre. Autonomic generates enough energy to keep the lower functions of the brain occupied while skillfully synthesized sounds conjure an atmosphere appealing to the cerebral. Impossible to describe using comparisons, Autonomic passes through so many categories of contemporary electronica it may warrant its own.
